Frequently Asked Questions

I have dental insurance. How do you process payments?

We require full payment of services at each appointment. We accept Mastercard, Visa, debit, and cash. We submit all necessary information on behalf of our patients/clients to your designated dental insurance company to ensure a timely reimbursement. Reimbursement normally takes 1-3 weeks.

How does joining your clinic affect my relationship with my dentist?

We maintain a good working relationship with all our patients’ dentists. We encourage that all our patients return to their dentist for their annual exam and x-rays, if necessary. We believe in the importance of working together with a team of oral health professionals to meet the needs of our patients, including oral health specialists. If you do not have a dentist, we can make recommendations.

I have a lot of anxiety every time I go to a dental office. How can you help me?

Our goal is to ensure that your experience is as comfortable and stress-free, as possible. We will take whatever time you need for you to feel safe in our care.  We employ stress-reduction strategies, such as relaxation techniques and use of topical anesthetic.

Do you sell dental products that support your approach to care?

Yes, we carry a small stock of electric toothbrushes (Oral B and SonicCare), SonicCare Waterflossers, and their replacement brushes and tips, ClinPro 5000 toothpastes for patients with high decay susceptibility and tooth sensitivity, Curaprox Soft toothbrushes and toothpastes, floss, whitening agents, and other self-care products. Most of our dental products are offered at a 30-50% discount compared to retail prices.

Do you offer “whitening” services? What do you recommend for home whitening options?

We are not offering this service currently. However, we sell whitening gels to patients who have their own personalized whitening trays.

Teeth whitening can be a safe and effective way to enhance your smile, but it is crucial to be aware of potential risks and side effects, such as tooth sensitivity and gum irritation. Be sure to follow proper procedures when using over-the-counter products to minimize negative effects.

We are looking at offering a whitening procedure option in our clinic soon so stay tuned.
